We are writing this letter to you , like a last hope for us , because , it seems that the Romanian supporter is way out of controlling this .
The main problem is Sunlight, she is the oldest CM(BA) on this server, and, some of us know her very vell , and her behavior. She grew a lot of players around her, that she uses all the time to offend , and provoke others players.We asked several times our supporter to take measures agains those players, but absolutely nothing happened.
Also , she says in private conversations that she masteres Romanian support in Europe 2 server, so , it seems useless to say anything to Mr Nedelciu. The way the things are going it is more obvious to us that she is right about it , and , for this reason we came to this conclusion , as a last hope , to write to another support for helping us.
We like to play Seafight , is more than a game to us, but , this way it becomes very stressfull and some of us are planning to quit , like some more big players already did .We are very disappointed .
It is well known , that, on Global Europe 2 server, there are 2 sides that fight , UN and PA .All BA and CM are PA here, and we get banned for almost every word we are saying on global chat.Also , we see a lot of players, cheating the game , announce the BA or CM that but , even if they are online they take no measures.
Going back to the main issue , all the CM or BA , except Dark Angel , are recruited by Sunlihgt , no matter the CV-s send to Bigpoint support.It is hard to explain now that every one of them are playing Sunlight’s game , but , we do have a lot of proofs about it for a detailed conversation . We have a long history of unfair bans, or , players banned in chat more severe if he is UN than PA. For the same fault , one PA’s player get 2 hours ban , and an UN player gets from 7 to 30 days.
Also , we are complaining about getting ban with “ not respecting CMs “ as a reason, for everything we say.About personal life, if by mistake , or for any reason ,somebody call a BA or CM by game username we get 30 days ban , and we are threatened to be permanently blocked , but , they are using whispers and another informations they get from chatool , to offend us in real life .
Also , as we also know from private conversations with others players , she is wellknown for spreading BUG’s and Cheats , or other automatization programs among the players around her, also , assisting everybody to sell or buy seafight accounts.
There are rumours that she even helped one to get one account back , after he sold it and got the money for this account.
Getting toward the end of this letter , we want to mention that , before this , we posted on our forum a lot of times our complains but , all the posts are erased , with red card for everybody that wrote , also , we are threatened all the time that our accounts are blocked forever if we are complaining more about her. Most of the players gathered money very hard to play this beautifull game , so , most of us are afraid that we will loose the account we worked so hard for them.
